Each week, interns will be required to complete an online skills reflection to help track their learning week-to-week. This will help them chart their progress on skills and competencies that employers specifically seek. American Councils will help interns reflect on this process during weekly check-in sessions. In order to make the self- reflection more effective, American Councils requests that host companies complete a similar form for each intern every two weeks to measure progress.
