Implementation of the research results. On the basis of the scientific results 
achieved during the research of economic and social life in the Lower Zarafshan 
oasis during the years of Soviet power (1925-1941): the deep economic changes 
that took place in society as a result of the economic, social, cultural and 
educational reforms carried out in the Lower Zarafshan oasis in 1925-1941, put 
forward in the dissertation and proposals and recommendations on increasing 
youth activity from social changes, expanding the ranks of young people who are 
highly moral, who mobilize their knowledge and potential for the benefit of the 
country, who are able to take responsibility for the future of Uzbekistan, were 
implemented in the promotional activities of the Republican Youth Union in 2020-
2021. In particular, it was used to fulfill the tasks defined as the priorities of the 
activity of the Youth Union of Uzbekistan on the implementation of the concept 
approved by the decision of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated July 
7, 2017 No. (Reference No. 04-13/707 of the Youth Union of the Republic of 
August 8, 2022). As a result, the center had a positive effect on the results of 
activities such as promoting the ideas of self-awareness in the spiritual-educational 
and national education among the general public; 
Proposals and recommendations to form the national historical consciousness 
of young people from the deep socio-economic and political changes that took 
place in the society as a result of the economic-social and cultural-educational 
reforms carried out in the Lower Zarafshan oasis in 1925-1941 and to draw correct 
conclusions from history and apply the conclusions to life. applied in the spiritual 
and educational events held in 2020-2021 in the museum of memory of the 
victims. The dissertation research was carried out in cooperation with the 
Repression Victims Memorial Museum within the structure of BukhSU, and the 
results were used in public lectures and excursions (Reference No. 04-13/707 of 
the Repression Victims Memorial State Museum under the Cabinet of Ministers of 
the Republic of August 22, 2022). 
On October 8, 2020, according to the order of the President of the Republic of 
Uzbekistan No. F-5598 "On the further study of the legacy of repression victims 
and additional measures to perpetuate their memory", it had a positive effect on the 
performance of tasks set for the purpose of identifying the victims of repression 
from the Bukhara region by name;
From the conclusions and news of the ideas on the topic “Economic and 
social life in the Lower Zarafshan oasis during the years of Soviet power (1925-
1941)” on learning, fighting against ignorance with enlightenment, and raising 
them in the spirit of perfection, the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special 
Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan on February 20, 2019 "International AIF 
2/20 recommended for financing the grant projects of the Academic Innovation 
Fund within the framework of the project "Strengthening the Material and 
Technical Base of Higher Education Institutions" with the participation of the

teachers' qualifications on the basis of individual-oriented innovative technologies” 
1. The history of the place and role of women in the social life of Uzbekistan, 
the involvement of women in social work, their activity in social life, processes 
related to the emancipation of women and their periodization, problems and 
solutions "The role of women in social life and the history of the role, study 
chronology" computer program (DGU 18379); 
2. Co-authored monograph entitled “History of Bukhara and Bukhara 
people”, which highlights the position of women in the social life of the recent 
past; 
3. Issues such as making women and girls literate, opening new (modern) 
schools, attracting girls to study, and vocational training were covered. - Institute 
of Technology reference No. 02/01-84-3/19-1/3-70-909 dated September 19, 
2022). As a result, improvement of the content of subjects such as the latest history 
of Uzbekistan and world history taught in the higher education system and the 
development of the spiritual outlook of young people, the formation of ideological 
immunity and historical observation were achieved; 
Today, when global threats are increasing in the world and the realization of 
national identity and the recovery of our true history are more important than ever, 
the economic and social life of thousands of compatriots who were brutally 
repressed by the autocratic regime, the ideas and researched on the example of the 
Lower Zarafshan oasis The news was used in the preparation of the script for the 
programs of the Bukhara Regional Television and Radio Company, such as 
"Assalom Bukhara", "Til-millat Kozgusi" (reference number 1/140 of the Bukhara 
Regional Television and Radio Company dated June 13, 2022). As a result, by 
realizing the national identity and restoring our true history, the scientific 
conclusions of the dissertation allowed the TV viewers to get the necessary 
information on these issues, in order to further expand the possibilities of forming 
ideological immunity in young people and becoming competent, truthful and 
honest people.
