The quality of the resource supply process includes the quality of personnel, financial and economic, program and methodological, mental, sanitary and medical and health, social and pedagogical resources and conditions. The quality of the results includes elements such as the state of health of the children, the personal achievements of the children, the personal professional achievements of the educators, the achievements of the preschool institution. The process of organizing children's activities in MTC is a system-forming unit of preschool education quality, which includes all the features and characteristics of systemic quality. The quality of the processes of formation of certain types of children's activities forms one or another quality of the whole process of children's development (physical, social, educational, artistic and aesthetic), from which both the age group and the whole preschool institution as a whole the quality of the lim process is formed. The quality of education provided by a preschool is not a constant: it changes as new features emerge. External and internal coherence arising from external and internal factors is the source of their emergence. Therefore, the quality of preschool education is manifested as a unit of process and outcome, real and potential, internal and external quality. Preschool education is an external factor that creates a central quality in the system of socially ordered goals that reflect the needs of the state and society in children's education. Such goals are always associated with certain social patterns that are specific to certain stages of development of a society. The current level of development of society, competence, independence, freedom and responsibility, the ability to manage their actions and activities in the interests of nature and society, the ability to actively and creatively master the cultural and historical space in order to create a new quality of life. are specific characteristics. In our view, a quality-oriented social order should imply the formation of a person with such basic characteristics.
