In the formation of the quality of preschool education, among other factors, in the context - the 
situation in which the factors move, the environment is of particular importance. 
In terms of improving the quality of preschool education, we include: 
 creating an educational environment aimed at preserving the dignity of preschool children as 
a rare period in the formation of the foundations of a "civilized person"; 
 Strict community value attitude to the quality of preschool education; 
 Continuous improvement of professional skills of teachers and leaders in preschool 
education, as well as in the system of professional development
 positive mood in the team; 
 creative orientation of the teaching staff and leaders; 
 Freedom of choice in educational programs and technologies
 availability of necessary working conditions; 
 availability of a system of financial incentives for quality work; 
 transfer responsibility for quality to the educator as a carrier of cultural experience
 creation of a bank of innovative systems in preschool education; 
 Orientation to the educational needs and requirements of the family; 
 Organize regular group discussions of the state of the educational process and make informed 
management decisions. 
Conclusion. There is a correlation between factors and conditions. Conditions have a significant 
impact on the emergence of factor opportunities. Therefore, it is very important to ensure a 
harmonious combination of factors and conditions to improve the quality of preschool education.
