Author Biographies
Jessie Ho is a lecturer at the Hong Kong Community College of the Hong Kong
Polytechnic University in Hong Kong. She received
her PhD from the Macquarie
University in Australia. Her primary research interests include self-leadership,
cross-
cultural organizational psychology, leadership behaviors
and work motivation in
China.
Paul L Nesbit is senior lecturer at the Graduate School of
Management at Macquarie
University in Sydney Australia. He has degrees in Psychology, Sociology, and an
MBA and PhD in Organizational Behavior from the University of New South Wales.
His current research focuses on self-leadership and self-directed learning
approaches
for leader development. He sits on the editorial board of the Human Resource
Development Review and Employment Relations Record.
