The international scientific and technical conference on
"PRACTICAL APPLICATION OF TECHNOLOGY AND DIGITAL

will begin on May 4, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. 
 
THE CONFERENCE IS HELD IN THE FOLLOWING SECTIONS: 
Section 1. Actual problems of information technologies and production of modern 
software products 
Section 2. New stages of development of alternative energy sources and 
telecommunication technologies 
Section 3. Modern solutions of pedagogical and psychological problems in the 
higher and secondary education system 
Section 4. Actual problems of the digital economy in the development of society 
Section 5. Prospects for the development of fundamental sciences 
Section 6. Artificial intelligence, information security techniques and technologies 
REQUIREMENTS FOR OFFICIALIZATION OF CONFERENCE 
LECTURES 
1. The article texts are published in the language of the original copy. The text of 
the article is up to 3 pages. 
2. The text should be placed on an A4 sheet with the following margins: upper 
margin - 2 cm, lower margin - 2 cm, left margin - 3.0 cm, right margin – 1,5 cm. 
Line spacing 1.5 pages are not numbered. The text of theses is prepared in MS 
Word(*.docx) text editor, font type is Times New Roman standard, size 14. 
3. Formal requirement: 
- the name of the article should be written in capital letters in the middle of the line 
without hyphenation; 
- 1 interval is left, the name of the author (s), first name, surname, place of work 
are given; 
- the text of the article is given with an interval (the writing language is the choice 
of the author); 
- a list of literature is shown after the text; 
- articles should be sent to the e-mail or telegram number indicated in the sections 
by April 25, 2023; (late submissions will not be accepted) 
- the author is personally responsible for the text of the article and the information 
provided in theses. 
PROCEDURE FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE CONFERENCE 
Abstracts submitted for participation in the conference are accepted in three 
languages - Uzbek, Russian and English. Thesis should contain scientific and 
methodical results in the directions indicated above. The submitted abstracts will 
be reviewed by experts, and the abstracts evaluated as positive will be included in 
the collection of conference materials. Professors, teachers, scientific staff, 
doctoral students, master's students and talented students of all higher education 
and scientific research institutions of the Republic can participate in the conference. 
The authors are responsible for the accuracy of the information presented in the 
conference materials. Acceptance of conference materials will continue until April 
25, 2023 
Abstracts are accepted through the website https://publisher.uz/. Abstracts must 
be prepared and formatted strictly following the given sample. Materials that do 
not fully meet the above requirements and are not directly related to the topic of 
the conference will not be accepted and considered by the organizing committee.
Payment is made in cash or by transferring money to a plastic card with the 
number 9860 0401 0240 8792. The receipt of payment and the date will be sent 
electronically to the telegram number (93) -377-77-48 (Toshpulatov Sh.M.). 
Participation fee: 75000 soums. Foreign participants are exempt from paying the 
registration fee. Payment deadline: April 25, 2023. Participants who have not paid 
the registration fee will not be included in the conference program. 
The fee for printing abstracts accepted for the conference is 75,000 s.
