STRUKTURA SETKALARINI GRAFIGINI QURISH


Har qanday dastgohni berilgan kesish tezligiga kerakli aniqlik bilan sozlashni ta’minlash uchun shpindelning quyidagi formula bo‘yicha hisoblanadigan nmin dan nmax gacha chegaradagi har xil aylanishlar chastotasiga o‘rnatish imkoniyatiga ega bo‘lish kerak:

Shpindelning aylanishlar chastotasini rostlash diapazoni stanokning ekspluatatsion imkoniyatlarini xarakterlaydi va quyidagicha aniqlanadi:

Bosh harakat yuritmasi tezligini pog’onasiz rostlaydigan stanoklarda (zamonaviy stanoklar va RDB ishlov berish komplekslari) berilgan diametrga tanlangan kesish tezligiga mos aylanishlar chastotasini absolyut aniq o‘rnatish mumkin. Biroq ekspluatatsiyada mavjud ko‘p sonli stanoklar aylanishlar chastotasining pog’anali qatoriga ega. Shuning uchun, berilgan diametrda hisoblangan optimal kesish tezligini ta’minlaydigan chastota o‘rniga stanokda mavjudlaridan eng yaqin kichigini tanlashga to‘g’ri keladi. Bu haqiqiy nh chastotaga
