When the correct voltage is applied to the diode, the diffusion current increases and 
the field current decreases as a result of the electrochemical potential change. When the 
current passing through the p-n junction is controlled by an external voltage, the applied 
voltage mainly falls into the volume charge area of the p-n junction [12]. When the external 
voltage reduces the height of the potential barrier of the p-n junction, the field current in the 
p-n junction decreases. Since the total current is the sum of the field and diffusion currents,
