In this case, the recombination currents occur in the p-n junction volume charge field and quasi-neutral bases of the diode. Direct currents of p-n junction are thermoemission currents. The voltage applied to the p- n junction controls the thermoemission current. ОУХХ wave causes an increase in the recombination currents by heating the electrons and rectifying them in the p- n junction. The recombination currents of electrons and holes in the p-n junction increase due to the heating of the O'YuCh wave. If the temperatures of electrons and holes differ from the temperature of the crystal lattice, the thermodynamic balance in the sample will be broken, and as a result, EDW and currents will appear. It is this imbalance that causes the formation of recombination and generation currents in the diode. O'YuCh is the injection of electrons into the p-field and holes into the n-field from the potential barrier to the increase of the recombination currents in the p-n junction diode under the influence of the field. As a result of the injection, the concentrations of electrons and holes are greater than their values in the equilibrium state. As a result, the recombination currents are greater than the generation currents, and direct current flows from the diode [16]. The UYuCh wave increases the recombination currents by a factor of 1. Even if the UUCh wave is considered as a flow of low-frequency photons, the gas of photons can transfer its energy to free charge carriers and increase the average disordered kinetic energy of the electron gas [17]. If the collisions of electrons with each other are stronger than their collisions with lattice defects and phonons, the distribution function of the electron gas will be the Bolsmann distribution function with temperature Te. In this case, the electronic transitions under the influence of th e ОУХХ wave are transitions within the zones.
