implemented as innovations in the education system, taking into account the lack of
personnel in the higher education system of Uzbekistan, teachers with incorrect higher
education were involved in tutoring activities and during the process, a number of
shortcomings are observed in this regard. Of these:
• lack of skills of tutors in working with young students;
• difficulties in establishing communication with young people when they do not
know psychology well;
• Incomplete knowledge of higher education activities;
• those who operate in the direction opposite to their direction.
We believe that in order to eliminate these shortcomings, opening separate
educational courses for tutors to study the higher education system and activities, work with
students, and improve their skills will help tutors to further improve their work. Of course, it
is appropriate for tutors to lead groups in their own direction in higher education, depending
on their direction.
We hope that the decisions and orders made by the President of the Republic of
Uzbekistan, the Cabinet of Ministers, and the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Education
will be implemented in practice, as is the solution to all problems.
