rehabilitation of minors and families in a socially dangerous situation, identifying cases of 
involvement of minors in crimes or other types of anti-social behavior and clear tasks for 
elimination have been defined.

According to the law, prosecution bodies, internal affairs 
bodies, youth affairs agency, education management bodies, health care bodies, citizens' 
self-management bodies, guardianship and patronage bodies, interdepartmental bodies for 
juvenile affairs bodies such as commissions are made responsible and are determined to 
conduct their activities within the framework of the law. According to Article 12 of the law, 
the prevention inspectors of the juvenile delinquency prevention units of the internal affairs 
bodies within their powers: takes measures to identify minors and, in accordance with the 
established procedure, sends them to the relevant bodies that carry out the prevention of 
lack of control and offenses among minors, places of residence, education, cultural and 
entertainment, sports of minors - performs educational work with minors in health care 
institutions, other organizations, circles and clubs, and a number of similar works. 
In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 
March 26, 2021 "On measures to qualitatively raise the activities of internal affairs bodies to 
a new level in the field of ensuring public safety and fighting crime" of the Ministry of Internal 
Affairs No. PF-6196 and on the basis of the principle of "Safe educational institutions" of the 
Ministry of Public Education, the following proposals were approved, providing targeted 
measures for the early prevention of offenses among minors: within the district, city internal 
affairs bodies, there are 2,000 state units dealing with minors The positions of inspector-
psychologist were introduced and general secondary educational institutions were 
designated as the place of their direct service.
