BEST SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH - 2022 229 The energy redistribution of electrons and holes in the conduction and valence zones under the influence of the ХХ wave in the p-n transition causes different shifts of the quasi- hypopotentials of the electron and hole gases in the p- and n-fields of the diode. As a result, electrons begin to move from the n-axis to the p-axis along the conduction band. The generated injection currents occur without applying any external voltage. Therefore, we call this injection the injection of heated electrons. As a result of the injection, the concentration of electrons is higher than the equilibrium state. This, in turn, causes an increase in recombination currents, and direct current begins to flow through the diode. In such a case, three holes in the valence band are also appropriate. The heating of the holes in the valence zone causes the holes in the p-field to be injected into the p-n junction volume charge field and into the n-field of the diode. We can call this phenomenon the injection of heated cavities. Thus, all transitions of charge carriers in their zones lead to an increase in recombination currents. Under the influence of the O`YCH field, the rectification of the O`YCH current in the p-n transition takes place due to the energetic and spatial redistribution of electrons and holes in their zones. Under the influence of the O`YCH field, the p-n periodically changing the height of the potential barrier leads to periodic changes in the concentrations of charge carriers. The change of the potential barrier height of the p-n junction depending on the external voltage causes the periodic redistribution of the concentrations of the main and non-main charge carriers in the p-n junction. recombination currents increase as a result of this redistribution. This is the rectification of the MIN current in the p-n junction diode. Usually, since both heating and rectification are related to the increase of recombination currents, the currents generated by them and EIK are in the same direction.
