СОВЕРШЕНСТВОВАНИЕ КОНСТРУКЦИИ ПИТАТЕЛЯ ЛИНТЕРА МАРКИ 5-ЛП

Аннотация: Для улавливания металлических фрагментов, оставшихся после процесса отделения 
волокна от остаточного волосяного покрова, для обеспечения того, чтобы зерно не было повреждено, а 
также для повышения качества пуха, на стержне питателя был установлен магнит и проведен 
сравнительный анализ. Подробно освещены результаты экспериментального исследования, проведенного 
на усовершенствованном устройстве питателя 5-ЛП линтера, их технологическая схема, устройства.

IMPROVEMENT OF SUPPLY SYSTEM OF LINTERING MACHINE OF THE 5-LP

 Annotation: In this dissertation the analysis of the work on improving the structures of linters is presented 
in order to increase the efficiency of the 5-LP fluff linter used in cotton cleaning plants, the construction, structure 
and operation of fiber and wax cleaning equipment are also presented. In order to ensure that the residue remains 
intact after the process of separating the fiber from the seedling, to ensure that the metal fragments do not get stuck, 
to improve the quality of the seedling, a magnetic was installed in the feeder tray and a comparative analysis was 
carried out. The results of the exponential research conducted on the 5-LP fluff supplier improved device, their 
technological scheme, devices are widely covered.
