The results of the experiment show that sheep of different constitutions have a high titer of antibodies to all bacterial antigens studied by us (Table 1). In addition, antibody titers in the blood serum of sheep of different constitutions did not differ statistically. As an exception, during the study, titers of antibodies to salmonella and staphylococcus were proven, according to which sheep of a delicate constitution were statistically significantly lower than sheep of a strong and especially coarse constitution. Table 2. The content of immunoglobulins in the blood serum of Karakol sheep of different constitutions (g/l)
However, the study of the immune status of sheep of different constitutions in terms of the composition of immunoglobulins (Table 2) and the number of leukocytes (Table 3) gave unexpected results. Although the number of sheep of different constitutions in the studies was small, the differences between the amount of immunoglobulins in their blood serum (Table 2) and the number of leukocytes in their blood (Table 3) were clearly visible. 3- table The number of leukocytes in the blood of Karakol sheep of different constitutions (thousand/mm3)
Our study The results that's all showed that opportunistic pathogens _ immune status against humorous indicators according to different zootechnical constitution have Karakol sheep no difference _ immunoglobulins M and G to the composition according to , especially in the blood leukocytes to the number according to , thin constitutional sheep strong and coarse constitutional of sheep a significant level of difference makes _ Conclusions._ _ _ Based on the results of our study, we draw the following conclusions: 1. In different constitutions Karakol in sheep to opportunistic pathogens against anti elo matches by credits _ no difference _ 2. With a delicate constitution of Karakol sheep, the cage parameters according to must x kam and rough to the constitution have Karakol significantly from sheep I level difference makes _ 3. Cell parameters the difference is different in the constitution Karakol sheep general immune in the situation that there are differences to the conclusion to arrive for the basis to be possible _ 4. Various in the constitution of Karakol sheep contagious to diseases against the immune state of affairs a lot of trimming characteristics are _ 5. It is animal microbes _ environment against natural immune situation genetic conditions of formation decision actor role shows. used literature list 1. Abdullaev M.A., Ruzikulov R.F.
