Activity 4 Find and say nine differences.
Objective: to practise describing a picture;
PP look at the two pictures in the Classbook and find nine differences between them. Support is given under Picture A Demonstrate how to do it.
e.g. You: Look at Picture A and Picture B. What day is it in Picture A?
P: It's Wednesday.
You: What day is in Picture B?
P: It's Monday, etc.
Note: Only seven differences are listed. PP must find the other differences themselves.
It is Wednesday. It is 11.30.
The teacher is short.
The teacher is plump.
There are four pupils in the picture.
There are two boys in the picture.
There are two girls in the picture.
The blackboard is green.
