Choose two lessons from your 10 hours of classroom observation to complete your formal Classroom Observation Forms. Complete the following form for the first of your two chosen lessons. We suggest using this form to take notes during your chosen lesson observation so that you can refer to them while completing the form after the lesson.
To the extent possible, please incorporate what you have learned in your Foundations class in these responses.
