During the CoP, you will observe a CT, RPM, or Coach master class. If you are not able to attend a face-to-face master class, you can observe a video.
You will have pre-and post-observation discussions with the CT, RPM, or Coach, just like you do for a peer observation.
You will use the rubric while you observe the master class.
