Transition: We have looked at self-observations and peer observations. Now let’s look at master class observations. They are similar to peer observations. Slide 10 – Master Class Observations Give more information about the master class observations: Example script: During the CoP, you will observe a CT, RPM, or Coach master class. If you are not able to attend a face-to-face master class, you can observe a video. You will have pre-and post-observation discussions with the CT, RPM, or Coach, just like you do for a peer observation.
