saline area is 6878 hectares (2.5%) and there is very little chloride content, so soil
salinity type is sulphate.
In some oyher areas there are some types of sulfate salts –chloride saline and
rarely chloride saline. There are various ways to determine the level of soil salinization
and one of these methods is a water injection method.
In this method laboratory analysis of soil salinization is performed. Soil
solution(ph), soil alkalinity, chlorine-ion, sulphate-ion, calcium, magnesium and
water-soluble salts can be determined.
Field experiments were conducted at the farm “Tuhtamurod-Alijon” of the
“Yangi-Hayot” PF in Kagan district.
During the experiment, soil samples were taken from 12-hectares of 10-acre
cotton fields, 20-hectares in the 12
th
contour in the gardening land. Using standart
experiments, samples were sampled every 10cm in the diagonal surface of the soil
every 5m to a depth of 60cm. The degree of salinity of these samples was determined
by a WTW Multi 3410device. For this purpose aqueous solutions from soil samples
are prepared and the salt content is 0.1 g/l; Dry residual content was found to be –TDS-
325 mg/l and soil density is 340 mg/cm. The results of the experiment are presented in
Table 2
