Content introduction chapter I why are the elt materials and procedure the way they are?

Object of the research: B2 level learners to whom to create and work on the effective materials and form the procedure.
Subject of the research: Defining the materials and the procedure to establish and create the materials for B2 levels.
The actuality of the research: At present the demand to learn English language, mostly by the youngsters have been shifted rather than the previous decades. The reason of this phenomenon is up to many factors as:

  The demand to learn the language and travel;
  
• 
  To learn the language and study/work abroad;
  
• 
  To learn the language for becoming modern and at the same pace with the time as it is quite easy to acquire the language because of the effective materials;
  

The actuality of the paper is to define the effectiveness of the materials for the people who are intent of learning the language.
The methods in the research work: Ongoing of the course paper, the following methods are learnt and discussed:

  Descriptive methods;

  Data analysis;
  
• 
  Pedagogical experiment;
  
• 
  Primary data collection method- to take first-hand information on the methods and their implementations in teaching;
  

The tasks: in the research the following tasks are chosen and discussed:

  To study the general theories of language learning;

  To learn the process of forming and making good materials;

  To define the effectiveness of the materials for B2 levels;

  To analyze the the procedure of making materials;

  To define the role of NA in the process of material making;
  

The theoretical part of the paper is to analyze the viewpoints on the notions of language learning, language teaching through effective materials.
The practical part includes the practical analysis of implementing effective materials assisting the learner’s efficiency in language acquisition.
