It should also be borne in mind that man, acting on nature, using and changing it in order to create consumer values necessary to satisfy his material and spiritual needs, not only creates material (food, clothing, housing) and spiritual goods (art, literature, science), but also change their nature. He develops his abilities and talents, develops the necessary social qualities, forms himself as a person. 
Jobs is the root cause of human development. Man is obliged to work on the division of functions between the upper and lower extremities, the development of speech, the gradual transformation of the animal brain into a developed human brain, the improvement of the sense organs. In the process of labor, the range of ideas and representations of a person has expanded, his labor actions have gradually become conscious. Thus, the concept of labor is not only an economic, but also a sociological category, which is crucial for the characterization of society as a whole and its individuals. Performing labor functions, people interact, enter into relationships with each other, and it is labor that is the primary category in which all the diversity of specific social phenomena and relations is enclosed. Social labor is a common basis, the source of all social phenomena. It changes the position of various groups of workers, their social qualities, which is the essence of labor as the main social process. The social essence of labor is most fully revealed in the categories of the nature of labor and the content of labor.
In the process of work, people interact, forming social relations. The most important are the attitude of a person to a person and the attitude of a person to work. They are one of the defining traits of the nature of the work. At the same time, a person is not a passive carrier of these relations. Realizing these relations in the process of purposeful activity, he not only transforms and appropriates the substance of nature in a form suitable for his own life, but also changes social relations, changes his nature, his physical and spiritual abilities, his essential forces. If the interaction of a person with the means of production forms his professional abilities and skills, then his attitude to work, his attitude to each other - these are certain social social Quality. Professional abilities and skills, combined with the physical capabilities of workers, constitute the main driving force of production. 
However, the result of labor activity depends not only on the level of development of professional skills and physical capabilities, but also, first of all, on how a person relates to work. Attitude to work can not be positive, negative and indifferent (indifferent, neutral). It has a huge impact on the development of the productive forces and the entire system of production relations in society. The essence of the attitude to work is the realization of a particular labor potential of the employee under the influence of conscious needs and formed interest. Attitude to work is characterized by the desire (or unwillingness) of a person to maximize the use of his physical and spiritual strength, to use his experience and knowledge, the ability to achieve certain quantitative and qualitative results of work. Itis expressed in the employee's involvement in social production and the constant growth of labor productivity, the degree of realization of his physical and mental capabilities, knowledge, skills, abilities when performing a certain force of labor activity.
The level of labor activity is characterized by the results achieved in the implementation of established production plans (norms), improving the quality of products, combining professions and functions on their own initiative, switching to multi-station services according to industry and intersectoral standards, mastering second and related professions, improving the use of tools (equipment, raw materials), reducing the time required to master new types of products and equipment, helping comrades in work, observance and strengthening of labor discipline, etc. Socio-political activity is expressed in the expansion of participation in social and political activities, in the management of production. This is participation in the discussion of national resolutions, in elected bodies, in the work of public organizations, meetings, the performance of public tasks, etc. Cognitive and creative activity is manifested in raising the general educational and qualification level, in the formation of an inquisitive personality seeking, affirming creativity in all spheres of society ... This is a constant search for new formulations of tasks, solutions, active variation of functions, mastering advanced techniques and methods of labor, introducing new progressive, previously unused elements in the labor process, participating in innovations and inventions, making proposals for improving production and labor, the practical implementation of which contributes to increasing the efficiency of the entire team. It is creative activity that is so necessary in the teaching profession.
Today, very high professional requirements are imposed on the teacher, such as: versatility, erudition, awareness, the ability to conduct interesting lessons, progressiveness, give interesting tasks, be able to make each lesson effective, and most importantly memorable. For a modern teacher, it is very important to never stop there, but be sure to move forward, because the work of a teacher is an excellent source of unlimited creativity. Social creativity is the most mature form of social activity, the highest form of social activity, a creative process aimed at transforming existing and creating qualitatively new forms of social relations and social reality. It involves the mobilization of all intellectual, spiritual and physical forces, allows a person to fully reveal his abilities, direct energy to achieve the interests of society and the collective. A motivated and proactive, conscious and creative attitude to work is of particular importance in the context of the global activation of the human factor, which is the decisive force of social progress. market labor social person
