The object of research is to explore how pre school and primary school learners approach learning correctly phonetics, in addition to help them improve their phonetics by using specific learning strategies such as discovery, analysis, checking, guessing.
The subject matter of the given work includes teaching phonetics correctly to young learners of pre and primary school. Also, learning phonetics in English lessons is to help second grade learners know and use strategies to phonetics. That’s more, learners can develop this skill while they are learning phonetics. On the other hand, if they know some strategies and which of them pre and primary school learners use when are phonetics.
The theoretical value represented in theoretical points of importance of phonetics and specific features of phonetics to language learning
Practical value of this work is hard to be overestimated. It serves to study learning phonetics in English lessons and strategies to learn active phonetics.
The structure of the work consists of Introduction, Main part, Conclusion and the list of used literatures.
Introduction gives a brief description about course paper.
Main part consists of two chapters:
Chapter Ι. Theoritical point of the importance of vocabulary in language learning and how to be taught.
The first paragraph explains the importance of the phonetics to learners in English and the importance to learn phonetics.
In the second paragraph we define teaching phonetics correctly to young learners of pre and primary school and the specific features of phonetics to language learning for learners.
Chapter ΙΙ Practical points of strategies to learn vocabulary through the reading skill in English lessons.
