This in turn leads to the maturation of the material ethnic base of universities and institutions. But it is imperative that this problem does not prevent us from teaching young people. For this reason, many specialists are looking for a solution to this situation. We also conducted a study in this field in our research work. This prompted us to study the blended learning system more deeply.

Based on the studies we conducted we can claim that online assessment tools are free to use and include Google Forms, Quizlet, Kahoot, Socrative, Class Marker, Formative, Screencasting Tools, Collaboration Tools, Digital Assessment Tools, Gamification Tools, and Podcasting Tools. Google Forms is a free online tool that allows us to create surveys, quizzes, and other forms of assessments. Quizlet is particularly useful for language learning and memorization. Kahoot is useful for promoting student engagement and collaboration. Socrative is useful for formative assessments and feedback.
Class Marker provides automatic grading and custom branding. Screencasting tools such as Loom and Screencast-O-Matic are useful for creating video tutorials and demonstrations.
