Due to the huge attention and opportunities given to the educational system in our republic, the number of people studying in higher education has increased significantly among the population. This in turn requires the organization of the educational system through how higher education institutions will be acceptable to all. For this reason, in this graduation work, we researched Blended learning as a new type of education and went on to describe its achievements and possibilities. The relevance of this graduation work is that Blended learning, with the following characteristics in itself, increases the effectiveness of classes in higher education: mixed education provides flexibility for students, allows them to access the materials of the lesson, and participate in educational activities in the time and places convenient for them. This can be especially useful for students with work or family commitments that make it difficult to attend traditional face-to-face classes. Blended learning can be tailored to meet the personal needs of students, allowing them to grow at their own pace and focus on areas that need additional support. This will help improve academic performance and communication between students. Resource access: Blended learning allows students to access a wide range of online resources such as videos, interactive events, and discussion forums. It helps to enhance the learning experience and provides students with a variety of educational opportunities. Economic efficiency: mixed education can be a cost-effective way to educate, especially in cases where physical space and resources are limited. By combining online and face-to-face teaching, mixed learning can reduce the need for expensive physical resources such as classrooms and textbooks. Technological skills: mixed education helps students develop technical skills that are becoming increasingly important in today's digital age. Using online tools and resources, students can develop important skills such as digital literacy, communication, and collaboration. Taking into account the above-listed factors, a consistent study of ways to organize mixed education at a high level and a study of the role and effectiveness of online educational tools in this educational system determines the relevance of this graduation work.
