- 1.The features of linguistic competence in the system of primary school education
The purpose of the study is to identify the conditions under which learning to write a presentation will contribute to the development of the language competence of younger students, and to test it experimentally and pedagogically.
The object of the research is the process of formation of the language competence of junior schoolchildren. The subject of the research is work on the presentation as a means of forming the language competence of younger students. The hypothesis of the study is that the presentation will be a means of forming language competence, subject to a number of conditions: - the teacher has knowledge about the essence and linguistic foundations of the formation of language competence; - the level of speech development of younger schoolchildren is taken into account; - work is systematically carried out to teach how to write a presentation, taking into account the conditions for the development of language competence in the process of this work. Research objectives: 1) analyze the psychological-linguistic, pedagogical literature on the research problem; 2) to identify the pedagogical and methodological conditions for the formation of language competence in the lessons of speech development when teaching writing a presentation by younger students; 3) determine the initial level of language competence of the students of the class; 4) select methods and techniques when working on a presentation that contribute to the formation of the language competence of younger students and test them in the course of experimental and pedagogical work; 5) draw up methodological recommendations for primary school teachers. Research methods: theoretical (study and analysis of literature on the research problem, generalization, systematization); empirical (observation, processing of the obtained data). 1.The features of linguistic competence in the system of primary school education The modern concept of education defines its main task as preparing the younger generation for the successful realization of their opportunities in the future. Competency-based approach today is one of the most rapidly developing phenomena in pedagogy, one of the most important components of the updated educational sphere. The main provisions of the competency-based approach in English education are reflected in the Strategy for the Modernization of the Content of General Education and in the Second Educational Standard of Secondary (Complete) General Education. Order of the Ministry of Education "On approval of educational standard of secondary (complete) general education." Second generation contain general requirements for the results of primary education, which are detailed in the system of regulatory documents. It should be noted that in order to realize the planned results in the process of educational activities, it is not enough to simply follow the requirements of the standard, which is not a direct document, such as a work program. The teacher has a serious and laborious work to organize and build his educational process so that he pursues the general idea of standards that determine the final results of the development of educational programs and require the reflection of these requirements at a certain stage of the educational process. For example, in terms of the requirements of the standard for the educational achievements of students, it is necessary to impose these requirements on the final results of studying the educational topic. This provision is reflected in the second generation standards, because in them the final results are not divided into different educational sections, but are reflected as a whole, That is, the second generation include the planned results of education in the form of a given path that needs to be clarified, filled and expanded, i.e. the planned results are the link in the chain that connects the educational process itself and the requirements of the standard. The planned results in the standard are presented in all educational areas, in individual academic subjects, but, in general, they represent an integral system of education goals focused on the development of the individual, indicators of their achievements, as well as toolkit models. The relationship between the teacher and the student should change, now the student is an equal participant in the educational process, a partner. He has the right to independently choose both the level of his education and the content, and only he will be responsible for the decisions made. The main task of the teacher now is to help the student decide, to help choose, to see in himself abilities in a particular educational area, to draw up an individual development program, to advise and make adjustments, to control and ensure that each student reaches the educational minimum. Under the conditions of successful implementation of innovations in education standards, such concepts as "education" or "good manners" will find their reincarnation in the concepts of "competence" and "competence". The competence-based approach is a phenomenon that today is a requirement of the social environment for modern education, a requirement that reflects the willingness of graduates to apply their knowledge in practice, to achieve success in professional growth. This means that competence is a set of all intellectual, practical actions, taking into account individual, personal characteristics, taking into account the life experience gained. A distinction should be made between the concepts of "competence" and "competence". In the literature, one can often find a fairly accurate definition of competence as a fusion of various skills that will help professional growth, become successful in studies and achieve personal goals. The translation of the word competence from Latin means that range of interests, that educational or professional area in which a person will feel confident and free. If we turn to the definitions of scientists in this field, we can find the following definitions: - "competence - the willingness of the subject to effectively organize internal and external resources for setting and achieving goals." - "competence is an alienated, predetermined social requirement (norm) for the educational preparation of a student, necessary for his effective productive activity in a certain area." Based on these definitions, the following feature can be noted: competencies can change if the range of interests and living conditions of the individual changes. The competency-based approach includes an accurate guide to the future, where the subject must make a choice, based on their personal preferences, evaluate their capabilities in order to build their future life successful, both professionally and personally. We adhere to the following definitions in our work: 1) competence is a more general concept, consisting of individual competencies. 2) competence is a certain state of an individual who is able to independently solve a certain level of tasks using universal and special methods of activity based on scientific and humanistic ideas and principles, as well as the knowledge system he has.
