2.5. The student is obliged:
2.5.1. To study the educational program in accordance with the curriculum and the schedule of the educational process, to meet the requirements of the educational program, the established scope of study load and self-study.
2.5.2. To ensure payment for his/her study in accordance with the conditions of this Contract.
2.5.3. To comply with the requirements of laws, regulations in the field of education, the Charter and local regulations of the University, as well as the internal regulations of the University.
2.5.4. To attend classes according to the study schedule. To wear the uniform of the University established standard, to have a neat appearance.
2.5.5. To receive a login and password to enter the personal mailbox of the University e-mail.
2.5.6. Notify the University in writing of proper reasons for your absence from classes.
2.5.7. Take care of the University property. To compensate for damage caused to the property in accordance with the legislation and local regulations of the University.
2.5.8.* Upon termination of educational relations on its own initiative, to notify the University and the Payer in writing in advance.
2.5.9 When entering the University and during the course of study to provide all necessary documents in time. Within 3 (three) days to inform about changes in his/her data the University academic department.
2.5.10. Within 30 days after graduation from the University to arrive at the Payer's disposal and work for maximum 5 (five) years at the Payer's enterprise. To provide assurance of performance of obligations to the Payer.
2.5.11. In case of academic failure during study to pay for additional services to retake the exams, repeat studies on the basis of separate contracts in accordance with tariffs approved by the University.
2.5.12. To fulfill other conditions and guarantees by Contract of the Parties.
2.6. The Student has the right:
2.6.1. To receive complete and reliable information on assessment of his knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as the criteria for this assessment on issues related to the process of study at the University.
2.6.2. To use the property of the University, necessary to learn the educational program during the classes provided by the academic schedule.
2.6.3. To use additional educational services that are not included in the educational program on the basis of a separately concluded Contract.
2.6.4. Address employees of the University on issues related to the study process at the University.
2.6.5. To take part in social-cultural and other events organized for the University students.
2.6.6. To terminate educational relations before the due date on its own initiative on the condition of reimbursement to the University of the actually incurred costs of the Student's education before the date of the Student's dismissal.
2.6.7. In case of failure in the process of study to provide payment for additional services to retake the exams, repeat education on the basis of separate contracts in accordance with tariffs approved by the University.
2.6.8. Exercise other rights stipulated by the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, regulations and local documents of the University.
