2. Rights and obligations of the Parties
2.1. The University is committed:
2.1.1 To enroll the student who has fulfilled the conditions of admission established in accordance with the procedure, requirements and terms of Amity University in Tashkent on the basis of the decision of the University admission committee.
2.1.2 To organize and ensure the proper education of the Student in the direction of study/program in accordance with the current academic curriculum during the whole term of this Contract.
2.1.3 To acquaint the Student during the period of conclusion of the present Contract with normative documents of the University on carrying out educational activities. Rules of internal regulations of Amity University in Tashkent.
2.1.4. To accept tuition fees as provided by this Contract.
2.1.5 To provide the Student and the Payer with information about the Student's progress, behavior, attitude towards the study in general and certain subjects of the curriculum and their attendance according to the study schedule.
2.1.6. To provide the Student with the right to use laboratory equipment, library facilities, sport and cultural facilities, medical service in the Student's medical office on common basis in accordance with the procedure established in the University.
2.1.7. To issue a login and password to the Student to enter the University personal email box.
2.1.8.* Upon completion of the studies assign the Student at the Payer's disposal and transfer the diploma to the Payer in the order established by the University.
2.1.9. The University assumes no obligation to employ the Student at the end of the term of study at the University.
2.2. The University has the right:
2.2.1 To independently carry out the educational process, choose the grading systems, the order and frequency of the intermediate assessment of the Student.
2.2.2 To make changes to the approved schedule of classes without reducing the scope of educational services provided.
2.2.3. Apply to the Student the measures of encouragement and disciplinary sanctions in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Charter, the Internal Regulations of the University and this Contract.
2.2.4. To carry out continuous monitoring on the accomplishment by the student of his/her obligations.
