8. Other conditions
8.1. At the Student/Payer's request, tuition may be paid in advance.
8.2. Prepaid advance payment is refundable with the deduction of expenses incurred for the actual period of study. This is possible if the Student has been expelled:
for health reasons (on the basis of a certificate from the medical board);
a court-ordered detention;
in connection with death.
8.3. The University does not refund the amount previously paid if the Student is expelled or he/she leave:
on the Student's own initiative;
due to a transfer to another university;
for violation of academic discipline and internal regulations of the University;
for academic failure (academic debt);
for missed classes of more than 1 month without a proper reason during one semester.
8.4. The Student acts as a Payer himself if, due to some circumstances, the Payer was unable to pay the Student's tuition fees. The enrollment order shall be issued after the successful completion of the entrance exams and the payment of tuition fees.
8.5. The cost of repeat tuition and additional examination fees are set by the University on its own and shall be paid according to the approved rates.
