Medical services or mobile services are a combination to establish a friendly relationship between patients and doctors. There are many barriers and problems in providing medical care to patients. There is a provision of medical services in Uzbekistan. This is one of the problems in providing services, inspection, quality, price and key features. The researcher provides the right result, service quality, service cost for the population.

Health Care Survey (SST) conducted to provide medical facilities. The purpose of the SST is to provide information to improve the health of patients or citizens. SST is a multidisciplinary field that covers all health professions and basic and applied research based on many academic disciplines such as biostatistics, epidemiology, health economics, medicine, nursing, operational research, psychology and sociology comes out.
The mobile health app should work on patient report settings. The mobile health app is useful for doctors because: - 40% of doctors believe that mobile technology can reduce the number of visits to the clinic. 93% of physicians agree that a mobile phone can improve a patient’s health and help provide the information they need in an emergency.
