increasing. E-commerce process is a business process that is carried out anywhere 
on the basis of the most modern information and communication technologies, 
saving time and cost between buyers and customers. One of the most common forms 
of e-commerce in Uzbekistan is the implementation of e-commerce transactions 
through online trading platforms established in the UzEx electronic exchange 
network. 
Due to the fact that in the practice of Uzbekistan, commercial organizations engaged 
in the implementation of e-commerce processes operate in the form of limited liability 
companies and joint-stock companies, most of them today use mandatory and initiative 
audit services according to the audit legislation. When conducting an audit of an entity 
engaged in electronic commerce, the auditor should pay attention to the following 
aspects

: 
- compliance with the standards, norms and rules regulating electronic commerce 
activities of the e-commerce operator; 
- bring to the attention of e-commerce participants information about the full name 
of the product (work, service) seller, organizational and legal form, types of services 
provided, conditions of sale of products (work, service) and their prices (tariffs); 
- not to change the content of electronic documents and relevant information and the 
terms of the concluded contract used in the process of electronic commerce; 
- implementation of measures to prevent the content of documents used in the e-
commerce process, electronic information and personal data of the e-commerce 
participant; 
- must ensure the dissemination of documents and information to third parties in e-
commerce processes (except for the cases stipulated by law or contract). 
In addition to the above, the terms of the contract for the implementation of 
electronic commerce may include separate terms to be included in the electronic 
document. In this case, it is required to ensure the full use of the electronic document
