The element of the system that collects unsold produce from farmers does not 
work well. As a result, up to 10% of grapes rot. 
The infrastructure for updating grape varieties is not up to the demand. Plantation 
is left at the discretion of the peasant farm. 
The ability to predict the weather and fire in farmers and farms is not up to the 
mark. Information on market research is insufficient.
When it's time to treat the grapes with drugs, finding drugs on the market 
becomes a problem. Spraying for hire is expensive.
Farms lack mini machinery and other types of basic tools.
Due to deficiencies in the transport and logistics system in the delivery of 
grapes, there are many losses on the way.
There are economic barriers to exporting
Seasonal increase in the price of box products for grapes leads to a decrease in 
sales in the market. Failure of packaging to meet marketing requirements.
Water supply for grape growing is unevenly distributed not only in Tashkent 
region, but also throughout the Republic.

On the basis of the Decision of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan 
dated February 28, 2018 No. PQ-3573 "On measures - measures to fundamentally 
improve the winemaking industry and the sale of alcoholic products", analyzing the 
current state of development of the industry, assessing its competitiveness
determining the main trends of the competitiveness of the viticulture and 
winemaking industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan made it possible to formulate 
the following goals and objectives of the concept. 
The following were defined as the implementation of the goals: 
introduction of market mechanisms widely used in the production of wine 
products abroad, including cooperation between the producer and the processor, the 
cluster model, specific sources of their financing; 
in-depth study of the advanced experience of foreign countries in the field of 
cultivation, reproduction and processing of famous and promising varieties of 
grapes, use of agrotechnical and innovative technologies in the field of winemaking; 
study and implementation of the legal bases of winemaking and viticulture, 
the main directions of state activity on their development, cultivation, processing, 
sale of winemaking products, accounting and control of their circulation in the 
market; 
introduction of regular holding of exhibitions and fairs of local winemaking 
products in foreign countries; 
creation of new, promising varieties of grapes in the republic, which are in 
great demand in the world market; 
Creation of facilities for the production of machinery and equipment used in 
viticulture and winemaking, construction bureaus for the development of 
agrotechnical tools in the territory of the republic.
