Aim of the paper
This course paper aims to cover all about translation of official documents. Official document types and some methods of translating of them are mainly focused on.
Firstly, we will pay attention to political aspects of translation. It is obvious that English and Uzbek cultures are remarkably distinctive with each other, thus: there are such expressions, and words that makes different understanding on people because of their outlooks are entirely different. On the basis of this reason we can come to decision that making mistake while interpreting process can lead to problems even, conflicts between countries. On accordance with this reasons, the first aim is to discuss and describe the approaches that we used, for example where cultural issues can cause to political issues.
Functions of the paper
In order to obtaining the aim of the task the following questions must be
answered:
What type of changes( I mean sentence structure, order of words) might be faced while translating from English into Uzbek ?
What sort of equivalence should interpreter opt for when rendering texts
concerning to official documents?
What interpretation methods are or will be opted for to render these type of
information?
Topicality of the paper
In Uzbekistan official documents translation is less researched than the other types of translation. That is why, this coursework will be crucial in the field of translation.

The paper provides a number of approaches used in the translation of official documents. And also, it gives some new strategies on the basis of examples related to legal documents.

In this paper, valuable and significant methods of interpretation will be given on accordance with reliable source. Besides, this paper can be significantly beneficial to students whose major is interpretation and translation.
