The role of electroniccal learning materials

Instructive Innovation has totally upset the whole schooling system. Up until recently, textbooks served as the only resource and teachers were the sole interpreters of knowledge for students. Traditional roles in education have been altered, and new functions for teachers, like resource and learning management, have emerged as a result. Teachers today have access to a variety of media to support and enhance their instruction.
Educators could determine the learning expectations, select the subject, distinguish the improvement circumstance, decide media, oversee educating lastly direct assessment and alter the guidelines in the radiance of assessment results.
Without educational technology, the educational process cannot proceed systematically. Educational technology illuminates every facet of the educational system.
1. The theory and practice of education now have a scientific foundation thanks to educational technology. With audiovisuals, charts and models, smart classrooms, and an e-learning room, it has transformed a passive classroom into an active and interactive one that has significantly increased students' motivation and attention span.
2. The teaching-learning environment in educational establishments has been modernized by the introduction of educational technology. The students to be presented to expertly planned programs on record or PCs.
3. Instructive innovation has helped and enhanced the educators in their educational projects through the organized examples for healing, improvement or drill purposes. Teachers are relieved of the burden of routine repetition for exercise and revision purposes, and students receive training for self-education. Educational technology has saved teachers a lot of time by organizing content and instructional materials in a systematic way. This frees up teachers' time, which can then be used to improve quality and creativity.
5. Teachers' professional development is aided by educational technology use and training. It teaches them how to use scientific approaches to solve problems in education and administration. It improves teachers' teaching skills and instills a scientific outlook and attitude in both teachers and students.
6. The teaching-learning process has been made more efficient and process-oriented by educational technology. Computers, LCD projectors, radio, video cassette recorders, etc. have enhanced and facilitated efficient knowledge transfer.
7. Instructive innovation has kept up with the norms of training as well as worked on the approaches to showing by giving it Showing Helps and Modified Informative Material.
8. In educational institutions for teachers, the mechanism of feedback devices for altering teaching-learning behavior has resulted in effective teachers.
9. Educational programs on television, radio, and the internet have been beneficial to students preparing for higher or competitive examinations.
10. The examination process, evaluation, and classroom teaching are just a few of the new areas of educational research that have emerged thanks to educational technology.
11. Teachers can now adapt their lessons to the specific needs of their students thanks to the practices and strategies made possible by educational technology.
12. Through theories of learning and intelligence, educational technology has provided a scientific basis for education.
As a result, educational technology is necessary for every stage of the teaching and learning process. For modern education, educational technology serves all purposes. Today's education cannot advance without the assistance of educational technology. The educational process has been greatly improved by technological advancements. In addition to maintaining the structure, it has enhanced the educational process's nature. A harmonious combination of traditional education and the application of cutting-edge technologies is a prerequisite for high-quality modern education today. The development of information technologies makes it possible to tailor training to the program's pace and depth. Because it creates the conditions for each student's successful activity, elicits positive emotions in students, and thus affects their educational motivation, such a differentiated approach yields a significant positive outcome.
Research on the use of electronic educational resources in the educational process and the incorporation of these studies' findings into educational practice go hand in hand with the informatization of the education system. Information and communication technologies are characterized by having a high level of communicative ability, actively involving students in educational activities, activating the potential of knowledge, speaking, and listening skills, and effectively developing the skills of communicative competence in schoolchildren. This helps schoolchildren adapt to modern social conditions because society needs people who can quickly navigate the modern world, are proactive and independent, and succeed in their activities. The principles of a differentiated and individual approach to learning can be implemented through electronic learning materials (EOM), which are focused on students' research skills and effectively influence the level of success in mastering a foreign language. EOM also contribute to the development of personality through their own activities. Projects completed utilizing EOM help to broaden classes directed concurring
to course readings, as well as execute a coordinated way to deal with training and essentially increment inspiration to gain proficiency with a
unknown dialect. The works of domestic authors, such as those by I. A. Andreeva, E. Afina, and D. Yu, were utilized for the study of the work's theoretical issues. Yu. Burenkova, M. Bukharkina, M. G. Evdokimova, V. A. Dobryshin, and Yu N. E. Yesenina, N. E. Gorova, and others The reasonable importance lies in the way that a process for utilizing EOM has
been created, pointed toward creating understudies ' language abilities and discourse abilities in the homeroom.
New avenues for the informatization of human activity in almost every sphere of public life have emerged as a result of the widespread adoption of computer technology and related information and telecommunications technologies. Computers, related technologies, and tools have established themselves in all kinds of educational establishments over the past few years. Specifically, the
method for informatization are utilized both in the genuine preparation of understudies, and in settling different issues connected with the
association of preparing. There are numerous approaches to defining these tools' terms and concepts. They are referred to as pedagogical software tools, computer educational tools, pedagogical tools for educational purposes, and educational computer programs in a lot of scientific and educational publications. The terms on this list can be continued. The tools that work directly with the use of computer and telecommunications equipment and are used in the education of schoolchildren are referred to as electronic learning tools (ESO) in the context of this work. The idea of an educational electronic publication (OEI) and the concept of an electronic learning tool can be distinguished when studying the technology of creating ESO in general.
The "Concept of creating educational electronic publications and Resources," which was created in 2002, describes in detail the requirements for the quality of the OEI, which is recommended to take into account when creating electronic learning tools. As a result, the use of both terms for naming the created electronic means is justifiable. A collection of graphic, digital, speech, music, video, photo, and other information is known as an electronic publication (EI). In one electronic distribution, data (or data and reference)
sources, devices for making and handling data and the board designs can be designated. Because of the points of interest
of its definition, ESO fundamentally works on the nature of visual and sound data; It gets brighter and more Innovative Analyses and Emerging Technology beautiful, and more powerful. In this regard, modern multimedia technologies offer enormous opportunities. The most common types of educational computer software that can be included in ESO or OEI are:
universally useful assistance programming devices,
programming apparatuses for checking and estimating the degree of information, abilities and capacities of understudies -
electronic test systems - - programming apparatuses for numerical and recreation
demonstrating programming apparatuses for remote access labs and virtual research centers -
data recovery reference frameworks -
mechanized preparing frameworks (AOS) -
electronic course readings (EC),
master preparing frameworks (EOS),
wise preparation frameworks,
method for mechanization of expert action (modern frameworks or their instructive analogs).
We note that the problem of language teaching has not been spared by the widespread use of computers in various human activities, despite the scope of EOM's application. Numerous computer programs have already been developed to teach foreign languages.
It is important to distinguish these concepts before considering the efficacy of using EOM to develop speech and language skills.
Language skills (lexical, grammatical, and pronouncing) are defined by T. I. Ryazantseva as automated skills for using language material in communication (they are a means of expression and an object under current control) [25].
According to her, speech skills (monological, dialogical, and written) – the capacity to select from accumulated foreign languages – refer to those that correspond to the communicative task (refers to the operational aspect, is the goal of training, and is the final control object).
A. S. Nesterova is correct in pointing out that modern society places greater demands on education and the overall development of students, as well as the efficiency with which they master the program. Every child must be taught to process, evaluate, and use a lot of information in a short amount of time. Organizing the learning process so that the child actively, with interest and passion, works in the classroom, sees the results, and can independently evaluate them is very important.
Hence, data and correspondence advances are great for showing any unknown dialect. They can be used to build all communication skills and teach all linguistic aspects of the language being studied, making it easier to learn and more effective to master the material.
