  1. 客人提出存酒要求

The guest request storing wine



  1. 管理者同意客人存酒,提醒客人酒水保存的期限

Managers agreed to the guests, remind the guest drinks preservation period



  1. 客人填写存酒牌(客人姓名、电话、存酒种类、数量和余量以及存酒日期)

Storing wine guest fill in the card storing wine (the guest's name, telephone number, type, quantity and allowance and save the date)



  1. 确认填写的信息与实际相符,告知客人逾期酒水的处理方法

Confirm to fill in information consistent with the actual, told the guest late wine processing method



  1. 客人保留存酒牌的宾客联

Guest retains part storing wine brand of guests



  1. 当区员工将存酒牌和存酒交到吧台

Area staff will be deposit liquor and wine to the bar



  1. 吧员再次确认存酒信息,并登记交接

Bartender once again confirm the stock information, and register the handover



  1. 吧员定期检查,发现过期酒水及时报告给当班经理

Bartender to check regularly, if found that drinks timely report to the manager on duty date



  1. 当班经理确认并由餐厅根据酒店的规章制度进行相应的处理

Manager on duty to confirm and the corresponding processing according to the rules and regulations of the hotel restaurant




  1. 提醒客人酒水保存期 限

Remind the guest drinks preservation period



  1. 与同事交接,避免沟通出现问题

Handover with colleagues, to avoid communication problems
