目的Objective： 1、确保服务的及时有效，达到客人的满意 To ensure timely and effective service to the satisfaction of guests

面带微笑 With smile 口齿清晰 Speak clearly 音量适中 volume is moderate	服务员认真听取客人需求 The waiter listens to guests' needs. 将宾客的需求记录在听单本上 Write all the information on the note book. 将宾客的需求每项都要重复说一遍 Repeat all the guest need item again 重复完后询问宾客是否正确 After repeated ,ask the guests whether it’s correct 等候宾客确认 Waiting for the guest confirmation 如果有问题或疑问马上更改听单本上相关的内容 If there is a problem immediately changes to related content only 感谢宾客 Thanks for the guests 给其他宾客听单 To other guests 重复同样的工作程序 Repeat the procedure 记下宾客的特别要求 Specifically asked to write down the guests 当将菜单输入POS机时，按程序用号码代替并增加宾客的特殊要求 When the input menu to POS machine, according to the program number instead and increase the special requirements of the guests 使用POS系统与厨房和吧台沟通 Using a POS system communicate with kitchen and bar	需要记录在本子上，以免发生漏记的东西 Need to record in the notebook, in order to avoid leaking to remember things 需要重复点单，确保点单的正确性 Need to repeat order, ensure the correctness of the order
