Chapter 4. Labor remuneration
16. Remuneration of employee labor includes:
- BuxIU position salary established by the employee in the schedule of states or in this contract for the performance of service duties provided for by legislation and in this employment contract.
17. The terms of remuneration are established in accordance with the collective agreement of BuxIU as well as other local regulatory acts.
18. The employee is also entitled to receive other payments provided for by the legislation and the local documents of BuxIU.
Chapter 5. Working hours and rest time
19. The employee's Working Time regime is determined by the rules of internal order of BuxIU and the employment contract in question.
20. The employee is assigned a 6-day work week in which one day of rest is taken.
This procedure can be changed based by the employer.
21. The duration of the employee's working time is 40 hours per week (for a full rate).
22. The employer provides the employee with an additional annual paid labor leave of 15 working days (21 calendar days upon the entry into force of the new labor code on May 1, 2023) as prescribed by law, as well as 9 working days.
The issuance of annual leave to the employee is determined by the employer until the beginning of the calendar year in accordance with the schedule approved by the agreement with the trade union committee.
23. The employee is also entitled to social leave, including creative leave, in the manner prescribed by law.

Chapter 6. Responsibility of the parties
24. The parties will be liable in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan in cases where they did not fulfill or should not fulfill the terms of this employment contract.
25. The employee is liable in accordance with the legislation in case of violation of the anti-corruption requirements provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan and internal documents of BuxIU.
