Chapter 3. Rights and obligations of the employer
12. The employer has the following rights:
a) Conclusion of a collective agreement, which is extended to all employees of BuxIU, including hired persons;
b) Organization of assessment of the effectiveness of the activities of employees in accordance with the established procedure at BuxIU;
c) to encourage the employee in the appropriate order for the conscientious and effective performance of his service duties and high results, establish a surcharge and additional payments, change or cancel them;
d) to require the employee to inform the rules of internal order of BuxIU, the instructions of the position, the code of etiquette, the Anti-Corruption Program (policy) of the Bukhara Innovation University, the regulation on the notification of cases of application by the employee, student and doctoral students for the purpose of inciting them to commit corrupt offenses, and strict compliance with this;
e) Disciplinary and material liability of an employee in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
f) using the results of research activities prepared by the employee in accordance with approved work plans (articles, proposals for improving legislation, projects, etc.);
g) to require timely and high-quality execution of additional tasks assigned directly to the employee within the framework of the position instructions;
h) unilaterally reduce or cancel the established surcharge and surcharges against the employee in case of failure to fulfill his service duties or poor quality;
13. The employer also has other rights provided for by legislative acts and BuxIU local documents.
14. Obligations of the employer:
a) to provide the employee with the working conditions specified in this employment contract and the working conditions provided for by the legislation;
b) strict compliance with labor legislation, collective agreement and other local documents adopted in BuxIU, as well as the conditions of this employment contract;
c) timely and full payment of monthly wages to the employee in the amount and periods established by this employment contract and current legislation;
d) compliance with the rules of labor protection and ensuring the confidentiality and protection of information about the person in accordance with the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “on information on the person”.
15. The employer assumes legislation, Local documents of BuxIU and other obligations provided for by this employment contract.
