8. The employee has the following rights:
a) organizational and user and technical support for professional development;
b) term limits are provided by establishing fixed working hours, reducing the working day for a number of professions and jobs, providing weekly weekends, holidays, as well as paid annual holidays;
c) protection of rights and freedoms and interests and dignity guarded by law;
d) appeal of orders and assignments of the employer in the manner prescribed by law;
e) working in conditions that meet safety and hygiene requirements;
f) training, retraining and professional development;
g) compensation for damage to health or property in connection with work;
h) merger into trade unions and other organizations representing the interests of employees and labor communities;
i) protection of its labor rights, including protection through the court and obtaining qualified legal assistance;
j) support of their own interests in labor disputes about communities;
k) the use of other rights established in the legislation, as well as in the local documents of BuxIU.
9. Employee obligations:
a) conscientious performance of their labor duties;
b) Compliance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Charter of the Bukhara Innovations University, a collective agreement, rules of internal order, code of etiquette and other local regulatory documents;
c) compliance with the requirements of labor protection, Technical Safety and production sanitation;
d) To prevent the conduct of ruining BuxIU's reputation as well as corruption, as well as to immediately report to BuxIU's leadership in the event of a witness to such cases;
e) timely, high-quality and accurate execution of the tasks of the employer, including the direct director, the deputy director to the appropriate extent, the head of the structural unit;
f) Compliance with the code of etiquette, respect for students and colleagues;
10. An employee may not engage in corrupt behavior while performing his or her service duties under this employment contract, including obtaining illegal benefits, or otherwise in the form of his or her own or other values for illegal purposes:
- not offering bribes;
- not promising;
- not paying;
- non-extortion;
- non-consent to direct and indirect bribery;
- non-bribery;
-in favor of any person or not using the services of any person;
-non-receipt of property or property rights;
- undertakes not to abuse his authority
The employee is obliged to refrain from behavior that can be assessed by the surrounding persons as a preparation for committing or participating in a corruption offense..
The employee is obliged to take measures to prevent the occurrence of a conflict of interest in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan and internal documents of BuxIU and immediately notify the employer or the persons who will replace him as soon as he becomes aware of the conflict of interest or the possibility of its origin.
In the case of interference in the professional work activities of other employees, requesting information and influencing decision-making in the interests of individuals or other persons in the interests of employees, deviating from their service obligations, in accordance with the internal documents of BuxIU immediately through the following communication channels:

If an employee detects facts about corruption violations committed and planned to be committed by other BuxIU employees, he is obliged to provide this information through communication channels to the persons listed in BuxIU's Anti-Corruption Policy.
11. The employee assumes other obligations provided for by legislative acts and local documents of BuxIU.
