- The Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan is convened at least once every four months. Draft documents on general issues to be discussed shall be sent to the members of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Uzbekistan twenty days before the meeting.
- The Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan shall be valid if at least two-thirds of the members of the Plenum are present.
