Romeo is happy to communicate with his friends: his best friend is the noble and courageous Mercutio. Love for Juliet illuminated the life of Romeo, making him a bold and strong personality. In the rapid rise of feelings, in the natural explosion of young passion, the flowering of the human personality begins. In his love, anticipating victorious joys and hardships, Romeo acts as an active and energetic person. With what courage she bore the grief caused by the news of the death of Juliet! How much determination and courage he has in him to realize that life without Juliet is impossible for him! For Juliet, love turned into courage. He heroically struggles with the Domostroy morality of his father and opposes the laws of blood feud. Juliet's courage and wisdom were seen in her transcending the long-standing conflicts between the two families. In love with Romeo, Juliet rejects the cruel conventions of social tradition. Respect and love for a person is more important for him than all the rules consecrated by traditions. In love, the beautiful soul of the hero is manifested. Juliet attracts with sincerity and tenderness, enthusiasm and devotion. In love with Romeo all her life. After the death of a loved one, there can be no life for him, and he boldly chooses death. The monk Lorenzo occupies an important place in the system of images of the tragedy. Brother Lorenzo is far from religious fanaticism. This is a humanist scientist, he sympathizes with new trends and freedom-loving aspirations that arise in society. Thus, he helps Romeo and Juliet in every possible way, who are forced to hide their marriage. Wise Lorenzo understands the depth of feelings of young heroes, but sees that their love can lead to a tragic ending.
