9. Homemade burgers
Burger recipes - in the millions. But all of them are combined with buns, delicious cutlets and sauce. Try our recipe too!

1. Take a package of "Culinary" cutlets of your choice : chicken, beef or turkey. Do not defrost.

2. Fry the cutlets in hot oil until golden brown.

3. Place the cutlets in a gas oven preheated to 180 degrees for 10 minutes.

Classic hamburger:

For this you will need a salad leaf, onion, tomato, pickle, rectangular cheese, ketchup.

Turkish hamburger:

Use a bun instead of a bun. Cut the cutlets into 3-4 pieces. Spread the sour cream and chopped garlic mixture over the lavash. Place the cutlet pieces in a row on the edge of the lavash. Add chopped tomatoes and cucumbers. Chips can also be added. Wrap the lavash well, starting at the edge of the cutlet.

- 2 packs of "Culinary" beef dumplings ;


- 2 onions;
- 2 eggs;
- 2 tablespoons sour cream;
- 150 g of hard cheese;
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste;
- salt and pepper to taste.

1. Grate the onion, cut into cubes.

6. Remove the pan from the oven and sprinkle with cheese. Put in the oven for another 10 minutes.
