SANA_____________________________ 1-Labaratoriya mashg’uloti Mavzu:Abiotik omillarning tirik organizmlarga ta’sirini o‘rganish. Laboratoriya mashg‘ulotining maqsadi: muhit omillari: yorug‘lik, nam lik, tuproq tarkibining tirik organizmlarga ta’sir qilishini aniqlash, tirik organizmlarga abiotik omil larning ta’sirlarini tahlil qilish. Kerakli jihozlar: yorongul yoki koleus o‘simliklarining (yoki boshqa xona o‘simliklari) novdalari, gultuvaklar. Ishning borishi: 1. Ushbu tajriba biologiya xonasida laboratoriya mashg‘uloti o‘tkaziladigan kundan bir yarim oy avval qo‘yiladi va o‘quvchilarning kuzatishi tashkil etiladi. 2. Bir tup xona o‘simligidan bir xil ko‘lamdagi to‘rt dona uchtadan bo‘g‘imi bo‘lgan yon novdalarini kesib oling. Yuqori bo‘g‘imdagi bargni qoldirib, pastki bo‘g‘imlardagi barglarni kesib tashlang. Novdalarni ildiz chiqarguncha suvga solib qo‘ying. Ildizlar 2 sm ga yetgach, 1- va 2-novdalarni oddiy tuproq solingan gultuvaklarga, 3- va 4-novdalarni esa chirindiga boy tuproq solingan gultuvaklarga eking. 1- va 3-gultuvaklardagi o‘simliklarni janubga qaragan derazalarga qo‘ying. 2- va 4-gultuvaklardagi o‘simliklarni derazadan 3–4 metr uzoqqa joylashtiring. Birinchi uch kunlikda barcha o‘simliklarni ko‘p miqdorda sug‘oring. Keyinchalik 1- va 3-gultuvaklardagi o‘simliklar yetarli miqdorda sug‘oring, 2- va 4-gultuvaklardagi o‘simliklarni normadan kamroq sug‘oring. 3.
