In this section, participants will learn about leadership theories and styles 
and the role of power in leadership. There will be a focus on integrity, trust 
and credibility and an “ethics inventory” self-assessment that will encourage 
participants to consider what they “stand for” and how they communicate it 
to their staff.

which change is initiated by you and begins with you. The four levels 
(personal, interpersonal, managerial and organizational) are interdependent.
Each level is “necessary but insufficient,” meaning that you will have to work 
at all levels to achieve and sustain principle-centered leadership.
