The communication issue might not be solved by just attending language courses. Also, other aspects should be taken into account. For example, the employee could be attending a course in English, but he or she might not be working on their own himself or herself by not applying what they learned. Furthermore, they might be enrolled in the wrong type of English course, such as English for socializing or general English. However, the human mind is not a device that the new language program just installs and then people use automatically.
