1. The aim and object of the course The Art of Oratory and Speech Culture
Speech culture is a science that studies various problems of speech from a practical point of view. This independent field of linguistics in pedagogical institutes also aims to teach rules and secrets of making a beautiful speech, language, language norms, speech, types of speech, speech styles, shortcomings and errors that can be encountered in speech, forms of speech works, discussion of problems related to the pronunciation of speech flow. The subjects of the Public speaking which are mainly investigatedare the linguistic structure of speech, norms of literary language and communicative speech (required for communication) qualities. The object of The Art of Oratory and speech culture is language norms, and the main task it is necessary to eliminate the ambiguities in this norm. The concept of the norm is a complex problem, multidimensional that is objective-historical, cultural-sociological and purely linguistic.


2.Voice and Body Language in Public Speaking
Try to vary the intonation and pitch of your voice. It keeps an audience on its toes, guessing what you’re about to say next. Speaking very quietly can also be a powerful vocal technique, magnifying the importance of a topic. At other times it’s important to project your voice to the back of the room. Though improving the oral delivery of your speeches takes time, improving your body language can lead to quick wins. Research shows that changing your body language before an assessment can significantly affect performance. By adopting a power pose before your speech, you can increase your testosterone levels (responsible for confidence) and decrease your cortisol levels (responsible for anxiety).


3.Ethical listening and its characters
The act of hearing is what our body does physically; our ear takes in sound waves. However, when we interpret (or make sense of) those sound waves, that’s called listening.An ethical listener is one who actively interprets shared material and analyzes the content and speaker’s effectiveness. Good listeners try to display respect for the speaker. Communicating respect for the speaker occurs when the listener: a) prepares to listen and b) listens with his or her whole body.Ethical listening, which involves respecting the speaker through actively taking in what is said, making them comfortable to speak freely, and avoiding pre-judgements, was shown to be especially critical to strong organizational communication.
