show the thermal permeation rate and envelope composition of each building. This refers to the energy-saving design standards of buildings recently revised and enforced in June 2017 by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport. Based on the energy saving design standard, the permeation rate of the apartment complex was 0.27W / ㎡ · K in the case of direct contact with the outside of the outer wall, and 0.37W / ㎡ · K in the case of indirect facing. Right 0.26W / ㎡ · K, bottom is 0.31W /㎡K was applied.
3.3 Simulation conditions and cases The analysis model setting conditions for the energy performance analysis of the building to be analyzed are shown in
. Due to the characteristics of the residential space, the building to be analyzed was continuously operated for 24 hours to set the usage time and operation time. The cooling-heating set temperature was set based on 20 ℃ for heating and 26 ℃ for cooling, and was selected by referring to the operation regulations of the building energy efficiency rating certification system announced by the Korea Energy Agency. The weather data for each region required for simulation was set with reference to weather data provided by the Korean Solar Energy Society.
shows the simulation schedule of the building to be analyzed. As shown in the figure, the schedule is divided into weekdays and weekends, occupants and lights, and equipment.
