Other Comments:

For the purpose of anonymity, I will mention that I observed a teacher. He started the class and made the students see their performance. Next, to discuss the outline of the classroom period mainly, we discussed what they are about to do. Third, he confirms that the student has everything they need to discuss the issue.

The teachers' expectation for the students is very low. The bad student's grades are not the responsibility of the teacher but are considered by the student. Many students are afraid of teachers. There are few student-teacher interactions, and in many cases even if there are not too many students in the class, the teacher does not know the name of their student. Student registration may also be misleading.
