● Individual student meetings with students facing high levels of stress
due to academic pressures, lack of coping skills, difficulties with failure,
family stresses, personal and/or family health problems, conflict with
peers, etc.
● Crisis Intervention
● Refer to outside programs through personal insurance or provide
resources depending upon financial situation
● Mediations between students
● Work with student and family on making decisions in the best interest
of the student
Time Management:
→School Activities (School- 5 days x 7 hours)
→Extra-Curricular Activities
→Daily Living Activities (Sleep- 7 days x 9 hours recommendation for health development)
- Make a to-do list everyday, listing most important tasks at the top.
- Keep your work with you in case you find some extra time.
- Don’t be afraid to say “no”, but also don’t be afraid to say “yes.”
- Find your productive time, morning or night?
- Create a dedicated study time. Turn off cell phone and web until done.
- Budget your time, don’t forget to include time to relax.
- Don’t get sidetracked, redirect yourself back to your to-do list
- Get a good night sleep. Your brain needs to rest.
