the title of the article - in capital letters, after 1.5 intervals the surname, first and family name of the author - in capital letters, after 1 interval indicates the organization, city, country, after 1.5 intervals the content of the article.
The electronic version of the text should be presented in the MS Word program, Times New Roman font, font size 14, single line spacing, and the volume should not exceed 3-4 pages. The references list is given at the end of the text.
