Abstract

In this article, the protection of intellectual property in the global network, the consequences that may arise as a result of the violation of this right, and the issue of liability applied to it are consistently analyzed. The relevance of this article is related to the increased security of intellectual property due to the development of information technology and globalization throughout the world. In order to increase the accuracy of these data, various statistics and legal documents were widely used. Within the scope of the topic, targeted links were given from the opinions of national and foreign scientists, research results, scientific works, legal documents of foreign countries, newspapers and magazines. Also, the creative approach with the tables helped to reveal the topic of the article more deeply. The importance of protecting intellectual property in the global network and how it is possible to ensure the safety of the individual through their protection was revealed within the topic, and suggestions were made regarding the protection of the individual's intellectual property.

Axborat-texnalogiyaning tez suratlar bilan rivojlanishi natijasida ma’lum bir huquqiy masala va muammolarni keltirib chiqardi. Ulardan biri sifatida intellektual mulkning himoya qilish asoslarini keltirishimiz mumkin. Xozirgi texnalogiyalar rivojlangan davrda har bir inson ma’lum bir ijtimoiy tarmoqdan kundalik hayotda foydalanmoqda. Ijtimoiy tarmoqlar shaxslar o’rtasida ma’lumot almashish uchun qulay bo’lishiga qaramay, ularning intellektual mulklari saqlanadigan ulkan bazaga aylanib qolmoqda. Bunday vaziyatda shaxslarning intellektual mulklari o’zlashtirilib, turli xil maqsadlarda foydalanilishi mumkin. Ushbu holatlarda ushbu mulklarni himoya qilish muhim hisoblanadi.
Metodologiya
Ushbu tadqiqotning maqsadi intellektual mulklarning asoslarining nazariy va amaliy muammolarini tadqiq qilishdir. Tadqiqotning asosiy maqsadi intellektual mulkni himoya qilishda vujudga kelayotgan ba’zi muammolarni aniqlash va ularni oldini olish uchun amalga oshirilishi kerak bo’lgan islohotlarni ishlab chiqish.
Ushbu maqsadlarga erishish uchun muallif ilmiy tadqiqotning statistik tahlil, sintez, qiyosiy kabi bir nechta usullarini qo’llagan.
