“ХХI АСРДА ИЛМ-ФАН ТАРАҚҚИЁТИНИНГ РИВОЖЛАНИШ ИСТИҚБОЛЛАРИ ВА УЛАРДА ИННОВАЦИЯЛАРНИНГ
ТУТГАН ЎРНИ” МАВЗУСИДАГИ РЕСПУБЛИКА ИЛМИЙ-ONLINE КОНФЕРЕНЦИЯСИ МАТЕРИАЛЛАРИ 175 THE EDUCATIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL APPROACH OF THE CLASS LEADER IN THE EDUCATION OF PRIMARY SCHOOL STUDENTS Urokova Gulrukhsor Ortikniyozovna, N 42 school teacher, Ruzimurodova Zarina Dusmurod qizi, SamSIFL student Annotation: This article describes the goals and approaches that a primary school teacher should set before the child and his or her learning. Keywords: teacher, child, education, upbringing, parenting, collaboration Raising and teaching elementary school students is a challenging process. If the leader of the class is not well educated, well-educated, well-versed in his profession, or motivated by students, it is impossible to achieve the goals of education and training. According to Novaya, sometimes one person is incapable of raising a child. Now, as a class leader, he provides instruction and training to more than one student. In the meantime, the teacher needs great potential. The teacher should try to find time for each child. No child should be overlooked and use his or her skills to bring them all to the lesson. The teacher should, of course, establish good co-operation with the parent or guardian of the student. “Social conditions and surroundings play an important role in shaping the students' moral character, their successes and failures, and above all, in their education and upbringing. The curriculum for students should envisage learning not only at school but also at home and in the family. ” A teacher can teach a good lesson and engage students. However, if a family does not have a child, the child will not be able to absorb the same lessons and training that the child deserves.175We cannot separate education from education. Because when raising a perfect person, one cannot put the other or the other down. L. N. Tolstoy writes: “Discipline remains complex and difficult when we do not want to teach or educate. If we realize that we can educate others only by ourselves, then the issue of upbringing is gone and the question of life remains: How should I live? ”Upbringing is a challenge. It is formed over the years. The head of the elementary school forms the basic education in the personality of the child. Especially the teacher himself goes through a large upbringing school. The child learns a great deal from his teacher's behavior, standing, and culture. Because a child sees his teacher as the best and greatest man in the world. If a teacher is not well- educated and educated, his or her education will become obscure. The teacher should establish regular contact with the parents, mainly with the parents. To do this, we have a number of requirements: 1. Meetings with parents once a month. In this case, parents will be informed about their children's own upbringing and behavior. 2. Every teacher should introduce a separate diary for each child. In this case, the teacher records the changes in the student's knowledge and behavior on a daily basis. Every day a parent signs and signs this. In this way we will work closely with parents. Conclusion. Basically, our goal is to increase child control. A teacher cannot achieve exceptional results in his or her teaching and learning approach. Of course, strengthening a child's control over school and at home is a brilliant way to advance his or her maturity. It is worth noting here: “Particular attention should be paid to the interaction between children, parents and teachers. At the center of this triad is a child, a student, and the school and family are influenced by him in two ways. At the same time, the child also plays a role in facilitating communication between the school and the family. ”The child may convey information at school differently to his parents. Therefore, it is advisable to keep a diary in order to avoid misunderstandings between parents and teachers. If the two parties cooperate well, the child will not have difficulty in the learning and upbringing process. In this process, the teacher requires great skill and diligence. "The methods used by teachers are also important in the organization of 175the upbringing process, which are set by the social community to educate the younger generation as fully developed, free, creative, |
